The Jivamukti yoga style is characterized by dynamic physical exercises, flowing vinyasa sequences and guided breath. Instructors provide detailed instruction on the asanas. The sessions are open to beginners and advanced students.
Behind the holistic concept of Jivamukti Yoga are two Americans, Sharon Gannon and David Life, who founded the method in 1984. They opened the Jivamukti Yoga Center in New York City in 1984, the largest studio in the USA. Celebrities such as Sting and Madonna have been guests here.

Jivamukti Yoga

Everyone can benefit from fascia training. The training is suitable for athletes as well as for less active people and has a number of valuable effects. For example, flexibility is increased, regeneration is accelerated, hardening and muscle soreness are reduced, and connective tissue is stimulated and tightened.
