We accompany you into the new day and are already curious about what you have to tell us in the evening. The Grand Restaurant transforms into a stylish ambience in the evening and would have many stories to tell. Enjoy the evening and let the day pass in review with your stories - we will accompany you.

Breakfast is served daily in the Grand Restaurant from 7:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the evening the restaurant opens at 7 p.m.

A culinary journey

 Our attractive Dine Around offer for CHF 59 per person per day is much more than a classic half board. We would like to encourage you to embark on a culinary journey through all our restaurants. In the Grand Restaurant you can enjoy a daily changing 5-course menu (regular menu price CHF 70), in the à la carte restaurants Giacomo`s, ASIA 75 and Chäs Beizli and even in the Jugendstilhalle you will receive a credit of CHF 59 on your food consumption. 


The Kids Dine Around applies to our younger guests: they are invited up to and including 5 years (if their parents have also booked the Dine Around offer) and from 6 to 11 years can order the children's menu for only CHF 15 per day up and down. We serve the children's menu in all our restaurants.

 

The offer is valid for dinner and can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

At the Cresta Palace, a sweet temptation for all our guests is the homemade nut cake. Local sugar bakers refined this specialty, combined it with cream caramel and rounded it off with tree nuts. This is how a tradition was born that remains as a memorable souvenir for our guests. In our «Cresta Chantun» you can purchase the nut cake prepared in our patisserie, taking a «piece of Engadin» home with you. We are also happy to send our nut cake well-padded to your home.

3303 m.a.s.l. - at this altitude lies one of the most beautiful viewing platforms in the Upper Engadine. It is exactly the height of the mountain station Corvatsch near Silvaplana and thus we would be in the middle of an exciting and unusual project, which is about two visionaries and liquid gold. The two visionaries are Rinaldo Willy and Pascal Mittner. They have set out to build a new whisky distillery in this unique setting.

Close partnerships with our suppliers and producers are important to us! We are proud to produce our own Cresta Palace wines together with the Lampert winery from the «Bündner Herrschaft».
The Lampert family has been running their vineyard since 1984 and now cultivates four hectares of vines in and around Maienfeld. Our fruity Riesling Silvaner impresses with its elegance, fruitiness and light muscat note. Burgundies are a passion of the Lampert family - Pinot Noir is characterised by its long-lasting fruit and soft tannins. Viva!

The Plinio butchery from Samedan is known for its excellent meat quality. Plinio Laudenbacher gives his meat an alpine touch by smoking it with Swiss stone pine wood or seasoning it with pine needles, creating a unique and flavorful experience. The meat is always locally sourced from the region, either from the Engadine or the Bergell. The Angus tomahawk, homemade salametti or the dried meat refined by Plinio – Don’t miss out on the excellent meat quality from the region!

In our Cresta Chantun shop you will find honey that comes from a small apiary in the Lower Engadine, whose bee colonies live amidst a diverse array of flowers in Tschlin. In the vicinity of the beehives there are exclusively organically managed flower meadows.

The passion of the beekeepers Linard and Daniela Caviezel is the production of pure, high-quality alpine blossom honey in loving craftsmanship.

The joint exhibition "splendur e sumbriva" by 14 Engadin museums, studios and archives between Zuoz and Maloja, St. Moritz and Pontresina sheds light on the theme of light - from art to architecture, from language to philosophy to alpinism.
