COVID-19 protection concept

The entire Cresta Palace team looks forward to welcoming you, especially in these special times. Your health and that of our employees is our top priority. For this reason, we comply strictly with the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) and the Swiss Hotel Association.

In the entire hotel, the Covid certificate obligation according to BAG applies to all guests from 16 years since September 13, 2021. We therefore welcome at Cresta Palace Celerina from now on only guests who are vaccinated, recovered or have tested negative. Guests who have received a certificate by a negative test (antigen test - valid 48 hours, PCR test - valid 72 hours) will be asked to get tested again in time. Testing facilities are available at the Samedan Hospital or at the PolyClinic St. Moritz.

In order to be able to offer you as safe and carefree a time as possible in our hotel, we have adapted our protection concept, taking into account the official requirements, and trust in your support in the implementation. Thank you in advance for your assistance in the interest of all. Enjoy a relaxing stay with us at the Cresta Palace Celerina.

Please additionally consider the currently valid (inter)national regulations.

Covid certificate obligation

The Confederation extends the certificate obligation to 3G (vaccinated, recovered, tested). Your certificate will be checked by us every time you enter the hotel at the main entrance. This applies to all our hotel, spa and restaurant guests.

From now on, we will only welcome guests with a COVID certificate recognized in Switzerland at the Cresta Palace Celerina.

Hygiene & Protection

We kindly ask you to follow the rules of conduct of the Federation (distance, hand hygiene). There are numerous disinfection stations available throughout the hotel. Cleaning frequency of public areas is still increased. Critical surfaces (such as door handles and stair railings) are disinfected several times a day.

We kindly ask that you air your room regularly. We kindly ask parents to wash their children's hands before entering Kids Club Murmeli. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience if there may be short waiting times (at check-in, during meals, in the spa area or when using the elevator).
Our regular operational testing of staff continues to take place, the entire Cresta Palace team complies with the 3G rule. We kindly ask you for a considerate cooperation and thank you in advance for your commitment!

What if...?

If symptoms or indisposition occur during your stay, please report it immediately by phone to the reception and do not leave your room for the time being.

If you feel unwell before your arrival, please postpone your stay.

If you test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of your stay, restaurant or restaurant visit, please inform us immediately.

requirement to wear a mask

From now on, we will only welcome guests at the Cresta Palace Celerina with a COVID certificate recognized in Switzerland. Our employees will continue to wear a mouth-nose protection.

Out of respect for our employees, we ask you to continue wearing a mouth-nose protection when in close contact with them. This is especially important during treatments in the Vita Pura Spa.

Masks are still mandatory in the lobby area.

Throughout Switzerland, masks are compulsory on trains, mountain railways, cable cars, buses, trams, boats, aeroplanes, horse-drawn buses, shopping centres and other public buildings. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Your comfort zone

We will gladly clean your room daily (with the window open) when you are not in it. As little as possible is touched in the process. If you wish, the housekeeping service will take place only in front of the room door (e.g. handing over towels).

If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please leave your card on the door. We continue to operate without evening service to minimize contacts - we will gladly bring desired items to your room. Newspapers, etc. will be gladly ordered upon request (for a fee).

Our staff will receive regular training on applicable measures and will continue to wear mouth/nose protection.
